GET THE LOOK - MISSION STATEMENT

The Artisan dwelling inside of me desired to make beautiful accessories. I started making headbands adorned with faux pearls and crystals to wear in between salon appointments. I made long scarfs for friends and family to keep their braids and dreadlocks tidy and classy. I designed bandana headbands for the sports enthusiast. I thought about designs to make women feel sassy, dressy and special; a time when women were adored. I thought about how to design a beautiful neckband to cover the loosening skin on a women's neck. I designed classic neck scarfs embellished with beads, 16-carat gold or silver plated thin chains, & theme charms.

Finding the perfect straw hat to shield against the sun's rays (UPF50+) and dress up an outfit was difficult. I wanted women to sway through sweltering hot days in style. I decided to design hat scarfs embellished with beads, gold or silver plated thin chains, and theme charms to dress up a plain fedora, box or cowgirl hat made from rolls of braided straw. I then felted women needed an Elegant Evening, Church, Wedding, Kentucky Derby, Home Coming hat; I began coloring my hats and then adding silk flowers, mesh and a ribbon finish to accentuate the hats. These hats are inspired by my Mother in Heaven - an avid Church goer - I call this Collection "Heavenly Hats" in her memory.

My creations are hand sewn and crafted. The fabrics I use are cotton, linen, and a cotton and linen blend. I offer quality designs priced to sell. I do take special orders for "One of a Kind" creations on hats only; there is a $10.00 extra charge for this service.

I take this journey with my son and CFO Sebastian Noel Rodriguez.
